Iyengar yoga is one of the foremost recognised forms of yoga in the world named after yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar. While this course is a continuation of the beginner’s course from the autumn, you need no prior experience with yoga to join. We will progress is a safe manner taking individual needs into account tailoring the practice to your body. No matter what your yoga tradition is, learn to get more out of your practice from studying the Iyengar method. Come and deepen your yoga.
This course is taught both in Finnish and English. You can attend classes both live and online via Zoom.

Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M, January 13th through June 2nd, 2026 (no class on April 7th, just after Easter Monday).

Students registering for the entire semester receive all Zoom recordings whether you attended class or not. Absences can be made up by attending any of my courses.
10x and 5x card holders can attend any of my Iyengar yoga classes. All my cards are only valid through June 2nd, 2026 and classes cannot be made up after that time.
Absenses from the special 4-time trial cannot be made up unless students register for the entire course after the trial.
