Iyengar yoga is one of the foremost recognised forms of yoga in the world, which gets it’s name from renown yoga teacher B.K.S. Iyengar. This course is taught in both Finnish and English. We will study the techniques of yoga poses (asanas) so that you will gain a deeper knowledge of your own body.

No prior experience with yoga is nessessary, this course starts at the very beginning. If you have prior yoga experience, this course will deepen your knowledge of asana and expand what yoga can do for you.
