Summer Yogis in Mathildedal July 25–28, 2021 and July 29–August 8, 2021

Due to popular demand we are teaching two yoga intensives in Mathildedal this summer! The first course will be held from July 25th to the 28th and the second immediately after from July 29th to August 1st. Registration for both intensives is now open! Come yoga with us and enjoy the summer in good company in Mathildedal.

Anneli Rautiainen

Anneli began practicing yoga in the early 70s. Today she is a sertified Iyengar yoga teacher (Junior III) and has been to Pune, India studying with the Iyengar family 6 times between the years 2009–2018. Anneli has completed a 3-year Iyengar yoga therapy training form 2012–2014. She also completed teacher training from Finland’s joogaopisto. She is the founder of Studio Yama (2005) and invited the first Iyengar Yoga teacher training program to Finland.

 
   
   

Timo Kurvi

Timo Kurvi is a certified Iyengar Yoga (Junior I) and AcroYoga teacher in Helsinki, Finland. Also a professional actor, singer, dancer, he is interested in exploring the relationship between body, mind and expression, in order to find where both he and his students are at their most creative, curious, and daring.
